Free Lastmoment Travel Advices for Marshall Islands
When traveling to Hawaii in the winter time and coming from the midwest or the eastern United States, try not to connect through Denver or Seattle, because of bad weather, snow storms, and de-icing and such. Several of our current guests have had problems with Seattle, and sitting for hours on the plane waiting for de-icing, and then missing their connection in Honolulu for outer island, which causes them to get stuck in Honolulu overnight. Best to connect through Los Angeles or San Francisco (although San Francisco does have fog.
While staying at a bed and breakfast, it's a great idea to communicate during your stay your breakfast preferences, (i.e., starches, carbs, fruit preferences, citrus etc). Some inns are small enough to accommodate your requests, and by having what you wish, it makes for a much more enjoyable stay. Prior to your departure, let them know what you 'vote' your favorite breakfast. Some of our menus are named after guests that either ate a 'record number' or raved on and on ... Cruises for the Disabled? There's no reason not to cruise with a disability on today's ships. The newer and larger ships are generally speaking the most accessible, with more accessible cabins in a variety of cabin categories. However, that's not to say that there are not some smaller and older ships that have limited access or have been retrofitted to accommodate fewer people with disabilities. There are even 1-2 tall sailing ships that are built or retrofitted specifically for those with disabilities (you can be part of the crew). Cruise ships can accommodate wheelchair users, diabetics, dialysis patients, oxygen users, the visually and hearing impaired, those with smoking allergies, and even those traveling.
